LLC Russ-Turbo performs maintenance work of vacuum systems. These works are carried out to identify the causes leading to the deterioration of the vacuum in the condenser, to determine the places of suction on the working steam turbine with the technical recommendations for improving the performance of the installation.
Prior to the start of work to identify the causes leading to the deterioration of the vacuum in the condenser, the reports on the repair work is studied and the operating modes of the ST is analyzed.
Identification of air suction points on the vacuum system of working turbine and auxiliary equipment is carried out by using a leak seeker smoke generator.
By the leak seeker, inspection of air suction points of turbine units and auxiliary equipment that are under vacuum held in all available places.
Based on the results of the inspection for air suction into the vacuum system, the specialists of LLC Russ-Turbo generate a report indicating the places of air suction and technical solutions that allow restoring the steam installation vacuum indicators close to the nominal ones, taking into account various turbine loads.
