The main goal upon the steam turbines renovation is to identify and eliminate remarks, extend the trouble-free service life of the installation while maintaining maximum performance and increase the reliability of operation until the subsequent renovation.
As part of the steam turbines renovation and maintenance, we provide a range of services, including (but not limited)
- Steam turbines overhaul with restoration of equipment performance, complete disassembly of the turbine flow path, worn-out components replacement, rotor shoveling, auxiliary equipment renovation: oil system, vacuum system, control system, steam distribution system with shutoff and control valves.
- Steam turbines medium renevation: disassembly of the turbine flow part with or without rotor recess, worn-out components minor replacement, steam distribution system minor renovation, oil system, control system and vacuum system, if necessary.
- Steam turbines general renovation: opening of bearings and refurbishment of defective shutoff and control valves.
- A preliminary inspection of turbines is carried to identify defects in units and its causes for elimination during subsequent renovation.
- Commissioning work on steam turbines during refurbishment and installation.
- Steam turbine vacuum system maintenance to identify the causes leading to the deterioration of the vacuum in the condenser, determine the places of suction on the working steam turbine with the issuance of technical recommendations to the performance of the installation.
- Analysis of steam, oil, water, condensate used in operation.
- Technical recommendations for the replacement of parts and equipment units and also its modernization.
- Delivery (scheduled and urgent) of spare parts and consumables, including emergency delivery from the company emergency warehouse of the company
- Comprehensive customer support in case of emergency situations (arrival of qualified personnel to find out the cause and troubleshoot, cwork oordination,and etc.)
- Shaft alignment
